• Appointments are non-refundable, even if missed or canceled by the patient, except in the rare case of service unavailability from our end.

• Any rescheduling or follow-up is subject to doctor availability and must be arranged in advance.

You agree to use the platform responsibly and not to:

• Misuse the service for unlawful purposes.

• Disrupt or attempt to breach the security of our platform.

6. Intellectual Property.

Appointments Fees are non-refundable, even if missed or canceled by the patient, except in the rare case of service unavailability from our end.

Medicine and Medical Accessories Fees are non-refundable, even if you canceled the medicine after packed, except in the rare case of service unavailability from our end.

10. Shipping and Delivery.

We will try to deliver your medicine and medical accessories as soon as possible within 7 days, but sometimes it may take a few extra days due to an issue with our delivery partner
